Our approach to biodiversity has evolved since we started our global biodiversity programme in 1998, and we’ll continue to develop it so that we contribute to the global biodiversity framework that COP 15 seeks to achieve. Since 2022, our forest-related biodiversity targets as well as our CO2 reduction targets are included in UPM’s long-term incentive plan,” Sami Lundgren concludes.
